Pruning is one of the most important jobs of the winter season in the olive grove. After their annual growth we have to leave the trees well aerated and sunny again so that there is a good harvest of olives. And then, it is fundamental to destroy the pruning remains so that they do not get any diseases when they dry out. At home we grind the remains and incorporate them as compost.
